The BISAM team underwent Paradigm Shift training at the Alliance Strateg Academy. BISAM employees took part in an intensive development program at the Alliance Strateg Academy, which included Paradigm Shift training and the Money business game.
The Paradigm Shift training was devoted to rethinking familiar approaches to work, searching for non-standard solutions, and developing strategic thinking.
Participants learned to identify and change limiting attitudes, strengthen leadership skills, and build effective team communication.
As part of the program, employees also took part in the Money business game, where they practiced financial thinking, planning, and resource management skills in a playful way. The game simulated real economic situations and allowed participants to test various strategies for achieving financial goals in a safe environment.
